How it works
1. Your client adds Nori
They connect QuickBooks Online or Xero with read-only access, or upload exports. Nori never changes the books.
2. They invite you, free
From Settings, the owner invites you by email. Advisors and team members cost nothing extra; the owner's subscription covers the company.
3. One login, every client
Switch between client companies from one account. Each company's data stays separate.
4. Start meetings with answers
The monthly report, budget vs actual and open issues are ready before you walk in.
What you get for each client
- Issues sized in dollars: past-due customers, supplier prices rising faster than sales, possible duplicate payments, bills that look like they haven't been entered, and customer concentration.
- A monthly CFO report with commentary, and budget vs actual with the drivers of each miss.
- A 13-week cash forecast with a warning before cash drops below the client's minimum.
- Customer retention: customers kept and lost, and revenue retention year over year.
- A lender package when a client needs funding: adjusted EBITDA with add-backs, debt schedule, coverage before and after the loan, the largest loan at 1.25x, a 12-month projection, PDF and Excel, and a private link for the lender.
- Ask Nori: plain-English answers from the client's books, between your meetings.
What stays with you
Nori doesn't keep books, file taxes or give tax advice, and it never posts to the ledger. It reads the books you keep and turns them into questions worth asking. The judgment, and the client relationship, stay yours.
Partner pricing
Clients pay $199 a month per company after a 7-day free trial, and you join free. If your firm wants to bring Nori to 5 or more client companies, or to cover the subscription for your clients, we offer partner pricing. Tell us about your firm below.
Built by someone who has read a lot of financials
Nori was founded by a former Wall Street M&A banker and private equity investor who has spent years inside company financials on both sides of a deal. It's built to give owners and their advisors the analysis a deal team or credit committee would run. Questions go straight to pa@noricap.com.
