These terms apply to your use of noricap.com and to joining the Nori Cap waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them. If you become a customer, a separate agreement will govern the services and will control if it conflicts with these terms.
Early access
Nori Cap is in early access. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee a spot, a timeline or particular features, and we may change or discontinue parts of the offering. Prices and services described on the site are subject to change until agreed in writing.
Not professional advice
Nori Cap provides operating and financial analysis to help businesses find improvements. It is not tax, legal, accounting, audit or investment advice, and it is not a quality of earnings report or a valuation. Make important decisions with your own qualified advisors.
Sample content
Companies, figures and findings shown on the site as samples are fictional and are for illustration only. They don't predict results for your business.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or submit false or someone else's information.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the Nori Cap name and logo belong to us. You may share links to the site but may not copy substantial parts of it without permission.

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Nori Cap isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
